277 Boston Road is a specialised unit which provides 24 hour support to 5 younger adults (aged 18 to 35) who have severe learning difficulties and complex needs. We are a specialised service for people having Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Downs Syndrome and Challenging Behaviour. We support people with vision impairment, hearing loss and Epilepsy.

It is a large Victorian house situated in Boston Manor Road close to Brentford, Ealing Broadway and Hanwell. The property has two large bedrooms and one bathroom available on the ground floor for people with physical disabilities. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs and we also have another bathroom on the first floor.

Each person's support is personalised to their specific needs and therefore our service offered varies widely. Some people require just a few hours support each week, perhaps shopping, managing their money or being introduced to new social groups. Some people need around the clock support, whatever the level needed, the individual choose just how, when and where they are supported.
